Once a service is completed and approved by the customer, no refund will be issued unless there is a fault related to the original repair.
Refunds or exchanges are available within 7 days for unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated. Refunds only offered for major hardware faults reported within 3 days of purchase.
You may cancel a repair before work begins. Once the work has started, cancellation is not possible.
