This will add calories because night time is the worst time to eat food because your body does not have enough time to burn off the calories. Everyone does not have to sleep the same amount of hours every night. But, it would be good for adults to sleep seven or eight hours each night. So, if you are lacking in sleep, then you should increase it to the correct amount. You will discover more energy and might get rid of some weight also.
